Tuxedo is just my personal opinion but white tuxedo is difficult to pull off and it tends to look little tacky on most people.

People generally don’t feel that they are flattering on most men. Really, it is a look that only certain people can pull off successfully.
The wedding day is not all about you. If it was, there wouldn’t be a wedding in the first place since you have to have a groom. It’s his body and his day too. He’s not picking out your attire so you have no right to do that to him.

White tuxedos are kind of cheap and prom looking to me. Not to mention black is more slimming and elegant. You got to pick your gown without his input so I think you need to let him pick his attire too.
